NCCS30 – Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Portal
Authors are required to submit their extended abstracts through the Microsoft CMT Submission Portal.
You can log into CMT site at: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/NCCS2026
Submission guidelines
- Go to the conference’s CMT submission portal link : https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/NCCS2026
- If you do not have an account, click “Register” and create one using the email address you intended to use.
- Once registered, log in with your credentials.
- After logging in, select the appropriate “Create New Submission” button on the Author Console.
- Enter the paper title.
- Enter a short abstract of less than 1000 characters.
- Add all co-authors with their full names, affiliations, and valid email addresses.
- Choose the subject area that best fits your paper.
- Upload your paper in the required format (PDF) and ensure it complies with the conference formatting guidelines (template, page limit, font, margins, etc.).
- File size limits is 5 MB.
- The order of authors should match the manuscript.
- Only one author (the “corresponding author”) submits the paper, but all authors can later access the submission if linked to the same CMT account.
- Answer the additional questions by clicking the appropriate button.
- Review all entered metadata carefully.
- Click “Submit” to finalize. You should receive an email confirmation of submission.
- Until the submission deadline, you can revise your paper, update author information, or replace the PDF.
- After the deadline, only chair-approved changes are possible.
- Once reviews are complete, you will receive a notification through CMT and email.
- You can view the review comments and final decision by logging into your CMT account.

Extended Abstract Specifications
- Language: English
- Page Limit: Maximum of 2 pages
- Plagiarism Limit: Less than 15% similarity
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a thorough peer-review process. Selection or rejection notifications will be sent to corresponding authors based on review outcomes.
Acknowledgment
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
