Terms & Conditions

  1. Registered participants, invited speakers or VIPs identified by the Organising Committee can only attend the Conference or visit LPSC campus.
  2. A minimum of one and a maximum of two authors (only) shall register for the Conference against an abstract selected for oral/poster presentation.
  3. All Student category registrations require an ID card (PDF/JPG) showing name, photograph, validity, address etc.
  4. Those applying for the student category for registration shall be unemployed and not part-time students.
  5. Successfully registered participants shall visit the Conference website www.nccs30.org.in for travel arrangements, feasibility of subsidised limited number of accommodation for students and list of hotels offering discounted rates for the Conference.   6. Successfully registered author participants shall visit the Conference website www.nccs30.org.in for details of technical sessions and for presentation transactions.   7. Registrations made by providing false information or not adhering to guidelines are liable to be cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited.
  8. LPSC Campus is a security intensive area and smoking-free & tobacco-free zone. Carrying electronic gadgets including mobile phones, laptops, pen drives, explosives, hazardous chemicals, weapons of any kind, match boxes, lighters and consumption of cigarettes, alcohol or any other intoxicating items etc are strictly prohibited. Objectionable items will be confiscated and violators will be arrested and are liable to be prosecuted.
