Refund And Cancellation Terms

National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity does not accept cancellation requests under any circumstances. Please review your order before making payments.

Refund Terms

National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity entertains requests for refunds only in cases of proven defects in product, damage during transit, service issues. To make a request, customers should contact National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity via lpsc@nccs30.org.in or 9446416623 within 3 days of delivery / service completion with the invoices, order information and supporting information to establish the alleged defects, damages or deficiencies.

National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity may accept or reject a request for refund at its sole discretion. If National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity approves the refund request, refunds will be processed within the timeline communicated by National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between National Conference on Cryogenic and SuperConductivity and the customer.
